I know how this happened because of the way their mock was coming together yet I'm unable to believe it Madden 23 coins.
It wasn't long ago that I had Cross entered into the Panthers at No. 6. but I still thought there was a possibility that he would not be available. There are downside concerns with Cross that are causing some (including me) to go with Evan Neal above him as the second-best offensive tackle of the draft. But I would still be stunned to see his name on the list of Falcons and Seahawks trading him.
But if the Texans are able to walk away with Kayvon Thibodeaux and Charles Cross as this mock has been planned, will it be a night of celebrations in Houston.
Everyone has Sauce Gardner as the best cornerback this year. I am sure of it. From there , the second-best cornerback would be Derek Stingley Jr, and I also get it. Following that, the mock that Kiper/McShay has is off the rails for me.
Daxton Hill at No. 18. Andrew Booth Jr. at No. 25. we'll wait until the pick 48 is made for Kaiir Elam? What's this madness?
Elam is superior to Booth Jr. and Hill as well as Booth Jr. to me I think he's falling. Mel generally confirms that he chose Hill early because he personally really likes him, which doesn't hurt, but scares me a lot. The fact that a player who exclusively was a slot cornerer in college as the 18th overall pick is extremely concerning to me.
I remember Hill entering the late 20s on a playoff team However, it was more important to wait until after Elam was removed from the board.
Another Mel selection and he admits that Watson is a little raw However I'm shocked that the pick is no. 22 to the Packers together with some of the other talent left to be found.
Traylon Burks as well as Jahan Dotson each go later with me, and I have higher scores on both players. It amazes me to see Watson making this much progress based on upside when Green Bay is in desperate need of a well-established, Madden NFL 23-ready receiver who can immediately be a major contributor.
Some of me believe Watson's physical skills can make him a potential first rounder, but I dislike putting him up against Aaron Rodgers.
Linderbaum is as safe a pick as there's been in the past five years. Seriously. He's certainly a center and that's an undervalued position but Linderbaum is a plug-andplay decade-plus player who is likely to rack up several Pro Bowls on the way.
This mock shows him heading to the Jaguars with the first selection of the second round. The issue I have is that I'm unable to believe that a smart, well-managed playoff team not grabbing an opportunity to build that middle position of the line even if there's no immediate necessity.
Linderbaum is just way too good to allow this to happen.
Yes, it's the second round pick -- however, I'd think this would be unwise.
For myself, Seattle seems intimately aware of the future and recognizing that they're going to be a poor team in 2022. I actually envy this about them. This team is trying to increase their depth and made a splash in the QB-rich environment of the 2023 mut coins madden 23 Draft.
Corral is a numbing wasted resource in a stream this deep.
