Pandemic lockdown stock market plummeting everyone at home (at least they should), economy sinking, negative gdp forecast, industry retreating 9.1%, unemployment reaching unprecedented (and horrible) levels in brazil. These were some news from april / 2020. A month that will be remembered as one of the worst in the history of brazil in practically every aspect, but in this content i want to bring hope, especially to you, entrepreneur or leader of marketing or sales teams, who are certainly tirelessly looking for solutions to continue bringing revenue to your business . I will present the results of 3 projects of our clients , where we quickly adapt strategies to boost sales.
Only with what we had at our disposal without inventing or investing a lot to carry them out, and my goal is that they serve as an inspiration for you in this delicate moment. . B2c e-commerce in this project, we had the following result in april/2020. In the chart, i entered the comparison with the same month last year. B2c e-commerce sales growth in other words, even in the Albania Phone Number midst of all the chaos, we had a growth in sales of 340%. Is it good for you? The following month, it continued to grow, reaching double the revenue compared to the previous month and selling 674% more than in may 2019! What was done we basically acted fast to understand what the customer was looking for . Before, we had recurring campaigns for the main products (those with the highest profit margin), where the customer was better positioned in relation to the competition. We stopped these campaigns, as they indicated higher order values, which is usually a “good problem”, focusing on a high-income audience. Even if income remained the same, our hypothesis was that the public would look for more affordable options. Taking this into account, we adapted several campaigns of the most varied types and with lower tickets. The client “took advantage of” the decrease in demand from the carrier and negotiated new values.
